Directions

• Immediate Support: 1g every 2 or 3 hours and once during the night.
• Ongoing Support: 1g once or twice a day.
• Mix with water or juice – approximately 100ml.

Measuring Guide: 2 – 3 grams = Heaped teaspoon. 1 gram = level teaspoon.
