Description

Iron is one of the body´s essential minerals required for the formation of haemoglobin to carry oxygen to cells and aiding in energy production. An Iron deficiency or anaemia is a great risk to menstruating and pregnant women. Iron Glycinate is a gentle form and therefore should not cause the constipation sometimes associated with these supplements.

Directions:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or a glass of water.

Ingredients:
Cellulose, Yellow Dock Root, Alfalfa Powder, Iron, Stearic Acid (Vegetable Source), Acacia, Magnesium Stearate (Vegetable Source).

Warnings:
This product contains Iron. Excessive intake is a leading cause of poisoning in children under 6. Keep out of reach of children. Women who are pregnant or planning pregnancy should consult their doctor before taking nutritional supplements. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
