Directions:
Take one teaspoon (3.5g) of lecithin granules three times a day. 100% Pure Lecithin Granules are delicious directly from the spoon, but can also be added to food and drink.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
Additional Instructions:
Once foil seal has been broken, close bag tightly and use within six weeks, leaving the desiccant bag in place
