This type of collagen is dried into a powder form known as hydrolysed collagen type 1. Hydrolysed collagen is easy to absorb as it’s broken down into smaller, easy-to-process particles. Being a type 1 collagen it is the most abundant collagen in our bodies, making up our skin, bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments. The body can process this smaller particle collagen (which has the smallest of all the collagen particles) so it is easily absorbed by the body – especially by the delicate gut lining. 

‘Pasture-raised’ means the collagen comes from cows who have grown up naturally roaming grass rich areas. 

How to Use

Take 1/1.5 servings once or twice a day, with or between meals. Mix with at least 200ml of water or juice. Can be used in warm drinks such as coffee or tea.
