However, many of us aren’t getting enough. The UK average is just 18g a day, and you should be aiming for at least 30g a day.

 

Baobab is 50% fibre and just 10g (2 tsp) will provide you 5g.

Organic Baobab powder is made from the fruit of the baobab tree, which dries naturally on the branches.

The fruits are hand picked and the pulp milled into a fine powder, and that’s it, nothing else is added.
