The MenoShake is GMO-free, lactose free, free of artificial flavourings, colourings and preservatives and free of added sugar. It is low in calories, at 75 calories per serving, and contains 13g of protein per scoop.  This clean formulation can replace traditional multivitamins and tastes delicious. It supports effective digestion and thanks to its high-fibre blend which promotes satiety, can contribute to weight loss. This makes it the ideal choice for assisting in restoring hormonal balance for women, as well as achieving menopause weight loss if desired. 

Available in a 500g soft pouch containing 20 x 25g servings, it is ideally blended with 250ml of either dairy or plant-based milk for optimum taste and texture. It is best enjoyed once daily or at least five times a week for optimal results.
